• Perishable items (vegetables, dairy, frozen foods) are non-returnable unless they are damaged or spoiled upon delivery.

• Non-perishable items may be returned if unopened and in original condition within 3 days.

2. Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

• Refunds for damaged or missing items will be processed within 3–5 business days.

3. Cancellations

• You may cancel an order before it is dispatched.

• Once an order is out for delivery, it cannot be canceled.
